We attended a family wedding there. It was an amazing venue. Carefully laid out, it fit perfectly into itsurban foot print. It invites the eye and just begs for a small event, a stroll.

To my knowledge they do not have picnic tables or grill areas. People do have picnics there on a blanket on the lawn. It is a very scenic, peaceful location. For the Rock Hill area, you may try Cherry Park. It fits your needs mentioned above. Cherry park also has a children's playground and walking trails and a shelter area. Easy for a person with handicapped issues to visit. I hope this helps!
