Cool cave. Nice people. Kids loved the gift shop. The cave has many fascinating goelogical features. The price was a little high, or I would give 5 stars.

Terrible experience with Wonderland cave and an employee. We checked the Website for hours of operation. It was supposed to open until 5pm. We arrived at 2:45. There was a sign on the door of the gift shop that said the next tour would be...More

I was hoping for diversity in color... but it's mostly a brown snot color. It did have ONE green fern... a rare site in a cave. Way overpriced gift shop with not much selection, but it was fun. Small group highly recommended. $16.50 per adult....More

OK, had a great day touring Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse, then decided to follow the signs to the Wonderland Caves--all of which assured it was open until 5 PM. Final few miles on a dirt road until we got to the sign saying just...More

We drove from close to to Deadwood. Nice drive, but long. The last part of the drive is on Gravel. Would not recommennd Rvs to go up the road. This was our first cave to go into. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable.

This was a pretty cave. The intricate details were neat to see so close up. The cave is very damp and musty, my husband and I both had headaches coming out of it. But the staff were really kind and it was a fun thing...More

The entrance is a gravel road that continues in excess of 2 miles and gets worse as you proceed. Sign says "welcome bikers" but says nothing about the length or condition of the road - steep hill, very rough, and loose gravel all the way....More

2 mile gravel road in, the first mile is fine but the last mile quickly degrades and the last 150 yards are down a rocky hill with loose rocks. THIS ROAD IS NOT FOR BEGINNER RIDERS. My wife has a brand new street glide and...More

I had low expectations, and they were definitely surpassed. The manager was great, and our guide, Shea (sp?) was really good. He had high energy and had some great stories, etc. There are 120+ steps, but didn't seem too bad. A little slippery near the...More
