If you are looking for a bright, flashy "show" cave with spectacular formations, this cave is not for you. If you want to see a very unique cave with some very fascinating geology that has been left as much as possible in its natural state, then you will thoroughly enjoy this cave. Each cave is unique in its own right... More

So much work was done to make this an amazing exploration. Lots of history and very informative guides. The Wild Tours are another exciting experience. Everyone had a blast and we had ages 6-50.

On our first and recent tour of this cavern one of us slipped and fell badly on a slippery decline. Hurt physically with cuts to both knees and a twisted knee. Also damaged were an expensive camera and lens. This cavern is more slippery than many others and more warning should be given before the tour begins to take extra... More

We wanted to thank you for your visit. The caverns are a bit more natural than most which is one of the neat things about this system. Pathways are wet in places as the cavern still is very active, handrails are in place for the incline and decline areas. We understand this adventure is not for everybody but for most... More

I visited as a random side trip for my birthday. Because it was one of those 'see the sign and swerve off the road' deals, I wasn't properly dressed for getting dirty. I didnt have to, mind you, but the option was there should I have wanted it. I also would have taken my walking stick, but that is more... More

Thank you for your visit!! It is a wonderful cavern and as close to nature as we can have it then still give tours. It was our pleasure giving you the tour and visiting while you shopped. We look forward to your return and maybe the crawling tour. More

This tour is a double edge sword for me and my family, while the cave was beautiful and the tour guide was well informed (at least seemed to be), we asked before we paid if my father in law would be able to navigate this tour with his cane and slight physical disability. The man who took our money happily... More

We did indeed inform your family of the walkways as the other guest had heard. The walk will be wet as this is an active cavern, the incline was actually was shown before the tour. I understand some may have a more difficult time than others that it was shown prior to the tour and your choice to go or... More

After going to a museum, we decided to check this place out. My kids really enjoyed our time here. Never had experience cavern tours, zThe guide Tanya was very informative. It was refreshing , nice break from the heat. The price was also very affordable. If you are a AAA member, make sure you mention it to get a discount.

We took our grandchildren to visit the cavern - the 3rd one for our 11 year old, and second one for our 6 year old. We actually live 2 miles from the cavern and this was our first visit. We were a little disappointed - it's a nice cave, but not as nice as most we've been in. We arrived... More

We do have large groups come through schools and church groups, when those groups are in the caverns it is a bit busy here. We cannot plan the groups and when parents act more like friends kids will act up. The caverns are beautiful and as natural as possible and still allow walking tours. More

Had a great time taking my nephews spelunking for the first time. The cave guides were very informative and friendly. Its cold and wet in the cave about in the 50's. You will get very muddy and dirty so were old clothes. The kids loved it. You should be physically fit to do this.

Glad you had a great time on the crawling tour!! If you do a crawling tour it is a physical adventure and as we say on the walking tours crawling tours are not for everyone. These folk had a great time, and we will adjust the tour to the group plan on a wet and muddy adventure if you crawl. More

This place is truely a hidden gem! Had the best cavern experience we got to go down with a tour guild (Tonya) who truely gave us an unforgettable experience. I truely can not say enough about this place. It's a must see. Rodger made us feel at home, there is also a camp ground to stay at next to the... More

We had a free day and wanted to do something different. I looked at local cavern tours and this one was close by and not pricey at all. Our tour guide was a character, full of personality and loved his little dog Trixie. The caverns were beautiful and educational for my sons first cave experience. Next time we will try... More
