We had a great time! Was very commercialized and touristy but still beautiful and fun! Loved hearing the history of it and seeing the natural beauty.

Ruby Falls is a guided tour from the middle of Lookout Mountain directly into the middle of the mountain to where the Falls is located. The path is often moist there's been rain lately. You are guided into the cave and escorted along the path...More

This was so much fun 20 years ago when I was a kid. My wife and I went recently and it was terrible. Extremely long wait time. Our guide was less than enthused to be working, and seemed to know very little about the cave....More

Awesome view of the falls inside. The cave itself is a little lackluster, but the falls are worth the trip!

This is not the most beautiful cave or waterfall but the combination is stunning. I've never seen an underground waterfall before this visit but it is a visual treat. The falls are about 150 feet in height with a variety of colored lights shining on...More

The hike and views are ok. If it wasn't for the tour guide that made it a lot of fun with his comments and jokes, this would have been a drag. The hike was great and some points of the tour did have a few...More

We've seen prettier caverns but would recommend going at least once. The tour guides also make it entertaining.

I would wear comfortable clothing, shirt and pants. It is damp and chilly at times down there. I would wear close toed shoes or something with a tread as you are going to be on rock that is sometimes smooth, wet or rough... More

There were 2 three year olds (including my own) on my tour. We carried her the entire way and my child and the other one were fine. No strollers though.
