Look out mountain was absolutely beautiful. A great adventure for kids no younger than 5 maybe. My husband seemed to really enjoy the views, which means a lot because he's afraid of heights.

I never get tired of visiting here, the view is amazing. There is a lot to do in the area for familie, from the military parks to Rock City and the Incline Railroad. We've been visiting the area for years.

I would absolutely recommend Lookout Mountain. Phenomenal views! It was so peaceful just taking in the views and the history of the area. If you have time, take one trail to the lookout and the other trail back. Perfect for all ages.

I love that the attraction is dog friendly and it was such a great place to walk through and spend time with our dogs. Really enjoyed the view and easy hike.

Being a person who enjoys being outside in nature, this is truly and spectacular place to visit. Looking out over the beautiful landscape makes me think that this would be as beautiful as The Grand Canyon.

Lookout Mountain is tapered on both sides with an escarpment of short cliffs at the crest, so when driving up the mountain you really don't get a sense of height until right at the top, and then only for about 1/4 mile and... More
