The Chattanooga choo choo is a sight all its own. Waiting in one of those shiny silver rail cars is a gem to be found!! Our son stumbled upon a car that was open, to our amazement it was a diner!! Instead of just looking in and walking away, which happened quite a few times as we dined! We ordered... More

It was a holiday weekend and we went on a Sunday. I took a friend by so she could bring her grandchildren back for a visit. There are actually train cars that you can book to stay in while visiting the city. The shuttle service is next door that will take you to other attractions and it is a free... More

An interesting ceiling and nice fixtures in the bars but the train area is not impressive not bright and clean railroad cars. Scranton Railroad Station Hotel is a classic of the era with beautiful marble and a great front to the building.

Nothing really to see of the trains but inside the station is nice to look at but only if you are in the area. Don't make a special trip. The Frothy Monkey is worth the trip though.

Our one night stay at the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel was really cool! We stayed in one of the pullman cars, and it was a neat experience. The lobby was beautiful, and the train exhibits and theme was super. It was a lot of fun!

We love staying in historical hotels and this is the coolest one yet! A train station! The lobby is the old station and the grounds are where the tracts came in. They have a pizza place in a train car. You can even stay in a train car if you want. The location is great as you are steps from... More

The only thing I knew about Chattanooga was the Western song. When I came here I had to see the Choo Choo. While it is not a big thing, it was fun anyway. They rent old rail cars out as a hotel room. Not sure what they would be like, but I think it would be worth a try someday

they were doing some renovation so the room we were in seemed a little dated and was one they hadn't done, so it could have been better, and it only had one microwave on the entire floor beside the elevator which i've never seen before. The lobby and restaurant were very nice and the train cars were great too. Next... More
