The Bluff View Inn was warmer than a hotel stay and provided everything that you would get when staying at any hotel chain. The setting was beautiful high atop overlooking the river.

I was very impressed with the Bluff View Art District. A must place to visit if in Chattanooga. The area is clean and surrounded by an eclectic vibe.

Parking can be tough, but there are plenty of public lots. Plenty open on Sunday, some after noon
