This place needs more signs. I put the address into my gps and drove in circles trying to find this place not realizing until later that it was underneath a building. This is a very small visitor center if you can call it that. It is really a desk with a few smalls racks of brochures. I was hoping to... More

The people here are friendly and very helpful. Just a shuttle/bus 'station' and visitor info. It would be nice to have a souvenir shop somewhere in the general vicinity of this center, or in the center itself. We drove all over town trying to find a few souvenirs that weren't unique to the aquarium or other local attractions.

This is where the buses drive through. Its a strange visitor center but it also has some of the bike racks you can rent located in this drive through.

I was visiting Chattanooga for a car show and traveled on the free downtown shuttle several times. The visitor center is right there in the shuttle station. The employees both at the center and on the buses were always helpful, kind and very friendly.

We arrived just as the visitor's center had closed, but visited first thing the next morning. The people who work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They told us how to get to several things, gave us maps and coupons, and answered all of our questions. After riding the bus around town, we returned there and had a different... More

After riding the free shuttle we asked for information at the visitor center and boy was the guy knowledgeable. We found our riverboat and the aquarium with his help. I recommend the stop if you need help.

This has always been a good center and it just gets better as time goes on. It has great information as to activities in and around Chattanooga, along with coupons.

I expected more from a visitor center. Really looking for some souvenirs, more information on local attractions...really not anything but a map, brochure and catch a shuttle bus.

We have only given this an average rating as when we visited the information centre it was closed for refurbishment and there was a temporary desk out on the "sidewalk" with limited information available. However we were able to pick up a few pieces of local information and one of the clerks was really helpful in phoning ahead to book... More
