My husband and I couldn't find a place to eat lunch and happened to find this drug store and we noticed that a lot of people were stopping in to eat lunch. So we gave it a try and had some tasty sandwiches for lunch. Very quaint place to visit. We even got a sandwich to go because the first... More

This is a great place. The atmosphere is of an old timer pharmacy. My co workers walk down to this location a lot. The lunch is great. Everything is fresh . There chili is my favorite so far

What a sweet and historic drug store with a good selection of gift items! Both the waitress and cook were very friendly. The food was very tasty. We definitely recommend!!

We drive to Dandridge from Pigeon Forge, TN, for several sights, and this drugstore was one of them. It is an old drugstore with a lot of memorabilia, and has a wonderful, small cafe. You can sit at the counter or in a small booth. We ate the Bible burgers which are fairly large hamburgers, loaded!

What a great place, an older pharmacy with fountain and simple diner. You feel as though you are in Mayberry. Very friendly staff and a great place for a hot fudge sundae! It's currently the only place to eat in old Dandridge. Great gifts and sundries. A must see !

I had the cheese burger and it was hand patted and moist. Great spot for home cooking. Great staff. They have daily specials that you will have a hard time choosing which one.

Previous reviews were very misleading. This is a drugstore first and foremost. It is NOT a gift shop. It is very old with very small booths and uncomfortable stools at counter. There is a soda shop in Beaufort SC that is great. We thought this was going to be similar. So disappointed. Ice cream was good but I don't think... More

I am not sure why this would be on the top list other than its the only place to eat in downtown walking. There is no gift shop. The soda shop is old and crammed in among drug store items. Had ice cream there only. Not appetizing at all. My first bad review on trip advisor.

If you want a drugstore that has your prescription ready fast then this is the one for you. They are very informative and helpful. The employees always greet you with a smile.
