One of Jackson's Hidden Treasures

My family loves to take walks at this park. It's great to see the natural habitat.

Because I love nature, this review is very biased. There are a lot of birds that you can look at while at Cypress Grove and they have an amazing and beautiful track to walk.

I love this nature park. It is the only serene place in Jackson. It is a simple boardwalk trail in a swamp, but Iove it!

I went to this park this morning. The boardwalk was very nice and sturdy, one of the best cared for ones I've walked on. There are about 2 miles of walkway that takes the visitor through the Cypress swamp. Overall, I really enjoyed my walk....More

This is my favorite park in Jackson. As a resident, I can admit there is not a lot to do in Jackson, but we are in between Memphis and Nashville! This park is beautiful with many beautiful sights to take in. If you are in...More

I took this photo at the park in 2007. There were two young racoons that were with the mother.

Nice nature experience...except for the raccoons! Apparently, they have been fed too many times by humans and now approach cars for food. One persistent critter chased us down the boardwalk thinking we had brought its lunch! After much screaming and stomping by us, the raccoon...More

I would think so. It is a quite nature walk usually with a few couples around. If you feel uncomfortable, there is usually park personnel around.
