My friend showed me this park on a Sunday. It was nice but I wish we had better weather. It was nice to see some of the birds although the Bald Eagle was on the ground of his cage in an odd position. We wanted...More

One good thing about this place is its' location. You don't have to drive far to see nature. There aren't a lot of animals to see besides the birds.

My family went during Christmas and they all enjoyed especially my two year old. You drive thru the park and feed so you can go on a cold day.

We went to ride our bikes the trails are super nice very well maintained a lot of people riding their bikes and families as well. Really pretty park with picnic areas and clean restrooms. We had a great time and we'll be back soon. 😊

Coming from a southwest desert location, I was delighted with this cypress grove. The meandering walkway takes you through this beautiful forest with the added treat of raptor enclosures that house birds that have been injured - the eagle was awesome! And the cypress "knees"...More

I have visited this park a half-dozen times over the years and is always a nice, scenic getaway near the heart of Jackson, TN. Admittedly, the park is starting to show its age, but all things considered, it has weathered well. The park is a...More
