Hikes, animals to view, planetarium...what's not to like? Went there with a two year old and she loved the turtles. Easy to walk around paved areas, stroller friendly.

There are many hiking trails to explore. The planetarium is relaxing and educational. Kids and grownups seem to like the animal exhibits. I haven't tried the adventure course, but I look forward to it. This is a place you can visit over and over and...More

The planetarium show, $5 plus $5 park admission, was well worth it. The view and acoustics were great and staff stayed late to answer questions. Great wildlife exhibits in the Nature Center. Staff in the gift shop could have spent a little less time loudly...More

Great location for all levels of hiking. Start at the Nature center for those less steady on their feet and proceed on some paved pathways. Disappointed that the wolves were not howling while we were there, but the people howling at the wolves was truly...More

I enjoyed the Planetarium. I wish he would have talked down to us. I love science but it has been a long time since I have studied much. The seats were very comfortable.

We have maintained an annual membership at Bays Mountain park since moving to this area almost 6 years ago. Great place to hike, see the animal exhibits, planetarium, or ride the barge.

Aged entry road, facilities, exhibits, animals, and reservoir dam demand upgrades and repair. Take binoculars and look...More

We went to the planetarium show and then a little walk to the snake house. Will go back to see the wolves, etc. It is much more extensive than we expected.

Well, there is the lake and some beach areas. I've never seen anyone swimming in the lake though. At the foot of the mountain there is a very nice indoor/outdoor YMCA complete with several pools, a lazy river and a couple... More

Like the others say, it's $10. My teenage son and I did the zip line. The instructions take longer than the ride, really.
