It was the last thing we did on our day out and it was a pleasant walk from the car park out to the lighthouse. It was being repaired so surrounded in scaffolding but still a nice walk to it across the causeway.

Stunning, breath-taking views along he coast. A magic place. The Lighthouse was completely covered and being renovated - but that didn't spoil things.. a definite must see!

Amazed at difference in tide levels as we returned at high tide to see the causeway we had walked along was completely covered by the incoming sea.

Unfortunately the lighthouse was covered in scaffolding when we visited but this did not detract from the lovely site. Plenty of benches and places to sit and watch the sea. An interesting and peaceful place. If you are into fortifications the area is dotted with...More

We visited with a view of the lighthouse. Be aware there is scaffolding surrounding the lighthouse at the moment so no perfect photo opportunity.

I visited in a June 2017 and it was covered in scaffolding but this is a very interesting venue as you can cross the causeway when tide is out.

The views around the lighthouse are second to none. Can walk to lighthouse over causeway if tide permits. Bunker attractions nearby along with good icecream stall.

We walked here from St Aubin on a pathway. Disappointed it was covered and being repaired. Nice area and good ice creams sold in the carpark.

Unfortunately the iconic Corbiére Lighthouse was shrouded in a large jacket as it was undergoing about six weeks (we were told) of painting to bring it back to its pristine white. A beautiful location though, with wonderful views.

There is no admission to the lighthouse except on a very few days a year when there is a guided tour with a blue-badge guide. You can walk over to the base of the light-house from about mid-tide free and for nothing. This... More
