We attended the Christingle and Carol Services, in this our local church, and really enjoyed the ambience and sense of congregation .

One of the parish churches of Jersey with an established graveyard both around it and across the road. Built of stone and the oldest bits dating from the 11th Century. Steeple that can be seen from a distance.

A nice church with a friendly congregation. Lots of interesting plaques hint at the obvious maritime heritage of the parish.

We stopped to reset the sat nav and decided to visit. A beautiful old church with so many interesting features. There is a very useful information sheet in the church porch. The church yard has many interesting family graves.

Not sure what the story behind it all is but this church has traditional looking construction and steeple - which is clad in concrete - all the others we saw in the Island have had granite faced steeples.

Without the Lalique glass, of which there is plenty, this is a rather plain little church, with just enough Art Deco features to date it... Funded originally by Lady Trent (widow of Lord Trent - Jesse Boot, the founder of Boot's Chemists), there is fascinating...More
