Candie gardens are simply beautiful, whatever season you choose to visit.there are wonderful views over the other islands, the statue of Victor Hugo and the Guernsey museum and it's excellent cafe to visit all within the gardens. You can spend a day here very easily.

We loved our visit to Guernsey, the gardens are beautiful and a nice place to visit while in Guernsey. We had a lovely tea in the tea room in the garden. The walk up was very beautiful as well.

Well kept gardens but a little small. Quite a walk up from the seafront. Quiet location in busy town.

A little piece of tranquility and beauty in St Peter Port - well worth a visit to sit in the well tended gardens or to listen to the music they seem to be having there more regularly.

Yes the plaque is where the previous reply states. There are also photos in one of the corridors of the Beatles and others that preformed at Candie theater in the 1960's. Hope you find it!
