There are many miniature ponies, donkeys, goats and also a couple of heavy horses. The animals are friendly and visitors can get close to them. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

If you want to see animals decorated to look like unicorns, complete with lumps of cardboard strapped to their foreheads then this is the place for you..... We saw two ponies in a shed not big enough for a lawnmower. Their manes painted into a...More

Thank you for your review. I think that it is clear that you have not read any of our literature. We are not, and have never claimed to be a sanctuary for sick animals. We are a working stud and our animals are all in...More

We visited yesterday. I went with my daughter and young grandson. It’s not expensive which is a pleasant surprise considering so many places overcharge. We found it ideal for us and my grandson. Plenty of play areas indoors and out but the best is being...More

I took my grandchildren on the last day of their school summer holiday when it was quiet, the local school term having already started, but we have previously visited at a busy time. Apart from the cute ponies among whom you can wander in the...More

Took the granddaughters AGAIN. They never tire of this lovely place. Lovely weather, and so nice to see children running about in the fresh air having fun. Exhausted grandparents, but we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Just want to add, a very well done to ALL...More

A great day out, the drive to the centre was beautiful through Dartmoor. With scheduled sessions throughout the day, there's plenty to see and do for a 3-4 hour visit. The highlight being the pony ride for my daughter. We didn't think our older son...More

Just back from a fab day here with a 6 and 3 year old. Really worth every penny of the entrance fee. Would suggest booking online in advance - even if just on the morning you go. There are several ponies, horses, birds, sheep and...More

This is a relatively cheap attraction, so don't expect Disneyland-style bangs and flashes. Obviously an old farm site, with several old barns and courtyards that have been turned into play areas, picnic areas and information spaces. Everything was included in the price, with the exception...More

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you had a nice, relaxing afternoon with us and that your 6 year old enjoyed their pony ride. We hope to see you again.

Mainly aimed at younger children. Book online for a discount. Good value for money and a few hours entertainment for the younger children. Older children will get bored as not much for them to do.

Yes, it was raining on and off the last time we went and the pony rides were still running as usual although I'm not sure if this would still be the case if it was raining very heavily.
