We had a lovely day for a walk along the beach. Quite lovely Not a fine sand beach like you would find in Hawaii a little Rocky here. Beautiful to walk along. A number of people sunning and even swimming. Enjoy

A marvellous 2 mile sandy beach with something for everyone. Walkers, cyclists, campervanners all enjoy the superb vistas and watch people doing water sports, etc. No noisy cheap prom entertainments. Excellent relaxing and refreshing experience. Good refreshment facilities.

Beach is reasonable. Very big which is nice. The sea is a just not quite good enough at this point of Britain. But further down the coast and it gets much better. Exmouth is nice, although more toilet facilities needed. Overall experience is average-good. I...More

Quite good , lots of local shops and hardly any big chain shops, so a bit of variety. If you like small interesting shops, pop into Topsham on the way to Exmouth. Very quaint!
