A fascinating story of a whole village being forced to leave and never return. A street of rather underwhelming ruined houses. However, the school room was more interesting with samples of children's work. The Church was intact with more local history.

Great place to have a wonder, not great in the rain unless you have the correct clothing. Church is very special. And the view from the beach is worth the walk

We visited and found it a very interesting and thought provoking place. It made us think about the poor families kicked out of their homes so long ago
