Small but packed with interesting information on the history of Wareham and surrounding area. It is free to go in but there is a discreetly placed donations box which is well worth adding to. It really helps to learn about what has happened in Wareham...More

Ideally located on the main crossroads the museum isn't big but it has some interesting artefacts and if you're in town it would be a shame not to stick your head round the door. It's free and provides a historical insight into Wareham

We live in the town and decided to pop in with the children. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed watching the 'video' and we learnt lots of things about the place where we live! We'll be looking out for the 'fire insurance' plaques!
