Even the rain couldn’t ruin the day. We were shown how to use a knife and mini saw thing (not my best skills!), make shelter, fillet a fish and, best of all, try making a fire with various ‘stuff’’. I think I’m safe saying we...More

Demonstration of skinning deer/how to butcher, and participation in wooden spoon making, clear and informative advice and brilliant with the children in the group, group all came away with their own hand whittled spoon! Jack and John oversaw and are extremely informative.

My partner and I spent a weekend on the bushcraft course and it was fantastic. It included a really varied mix of activities, but never felt too overwhelming. The staff were what really make it though; extremely friendly, knowledgeable, interesting, and supportive.
