A great day out all be it cool, but it is February so didn't expect heatwave in NI. Fantastic walk made extra special by the very, very informative volunteers, willing to assist when need be BUT not overpowering. The hides and pools were a great idea, everything for Grandparents to grandchildren catered for.

Very much worth the money here, free parking too which is a bonus. The cafe was not really good around 15-20 minute wait for drinks really surprising. However in the main here to see the various ducks etc. There is plenty to do and a nice walk for 2-3 hours

We have been here for walks and picnics a few times and always had a great day out. We booked the Christmas Trail and have to say it's the best Santa experience we have visited to date!. It easily beats the Santa's Cottage in Hilltown. On the day we were able to enjoy time in the centre and feed the... More

This is a lovely day out. You can buy little bags of grain to feed the ducks, and if you're lucky they will actually eat out of your hand. There are dozens of different birds, and plenty of information boards so you can identify them and find out about them. There are lots of interactive opportunities for the kids, and... More

Amazing day at Castle Espie. Kids were so tired after searching swamp for fairy doors they nearly fell asleep in the cafe while gulping down the most amazing hot chocolate in the cafe. A great day out for all ages, just a shame we missed the Halloween snakes and face painting, maybe next year as we are now members and... More

Have been here before with children & on those occasions it was a good experience. This Halloween however was a cynical exercise in ripping off families - minimal effort for maximum cost. Next year - somewhere else!
