Having haven't been here for a few years we were slightly disappointed that the parks animals had declined in the last few years the walk round was pleasant enough the toilets especially the males need a refurbishment

Wasn't much to see really - my kids 2 and 8months were to small for anything. The cafe was overpriced and the young girls serving need to learn about customer service with a smile. Wasn't impressed at all and travelled quite far for the pleasure

A wonderful day out. Loads of attractions including bears, which were obviously well looked after by the park staff! great talks from the staff on each animal, only downside was a few attractions were closed and looked like they could have a wee bit of a makeover (including the cafe) but apart from that it was a lovely visit and... We took our young grandson here this afternoon We all really enjoyed it, the animals get fed a number of times a day so you can catch that also by reds of prey demonstration Staff take the time to answer questions. There's a cafe and seats inside but also outside where we sat and enjoyed the sunshine. We'd arrived after... More

Coffee and a hot roll while visiting Open Studios. Great roll lots of bacon, beautifully crisp as requested. Then a potter around clothes shop, loads of stock very reasonably priced. Cafe and loos perhaps due a refurb. Staff helpful, friendly and quick service.

My husband had a voucher to be allowed to handle the birds. The girl was very helpful and knowledgeable about the birds. We enjoyed the time spent with them and then had a look round the rest of the park.

I can't speak for the deer centre, but only the cafe which I visited with a group of cyclists recently. We'd booked, but as they were very busy, our table was not available. Though cold after a long cycle, we had to sit outside initially. We did get tables inside once we'd ordered. Orders came in dribs and drabs, and... More

Went with my 5 year old granddaughter on 30.4.2017. She did enjoy herself but I thought the place was a bit tired. No sign of some of the animals though understand that they may not have wanted to perform! Treetop walkway out of action (could have been sorted before Easter?), childrens' play area looked pretty much the same as when... More
