Great boat trip

Great way to blow away the cobwebs after a big Edinburgh night out. Fast boats, well informed crew. Excellent morning

I travelled all the way from Kent, 456 miles, and had a brilliant day out with Caypso Marine. The staff were unfailing helpful, well equipped, knowledgeable, and also full of good banter! I always felt safe and in good hands. The island was amazing and having the whole afternoon to ramble round at my own pace was a real treat,... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Calypso Marine. Inchkeith island is absolutely fantastic as a location but I'll keep this review about the staff and facilities of Calypso Marine. Couldn't be happier. All four staff members were thoroughly professional and very helpful. My father and I were very carefully briefed along with the other customers as to the possible dangers on... Fantastic boat trips, with highly maintained and fast boats. Crew are very knowledgeable about the local area and its history. On arrival you are briefed and provided with full PPE before setting off. Throughout the trip there are many opportunities for photographs and questions. This trip is highly recommended when visiting Edinburgh/Scotland.

We booked an afternoon trip to inchkeith island. The trip was very well organised - brand new boat and fantastic amenities; toilet, tea & coffee etc. The organisers were friendly and knowledgable. Fantastic trip overall. We're already booked up for our next one.

Stopped under both Rail and Road bridge to allow our Camera Club group to take photos at different angles. Took us to construction of new Road Crossing. I went out again with Leanne and Stewart last Wednesday (23rd July) and it was even better than the first time around! The weather was glorious and the boats were immaculate. There were 24 of us so both boats were out (Vigil and Taeping) and we all had such a laugh. Leanne and Stewart are fun, knowledgeable and professional -... More

I have to admit that this was a surprise in that it was part of a day visiting the Forth Road Bridge and I, mistakenly, had assume that a boat trip to view the "Bridges" from the sea would be sedate. Not one bit of it. From the arrival at the dock it became obvious the vehicles were somewhat fast... More
