We found the staff very knowledgable about the butterflies and other animals there. Also very attentive - a large party of primary school kids arrived at the same time as us and a member of staff was aware this could affect other visitors enjoyment ....More

Took our granddaughter who was just over a year here and she loved every second. Thought there would be tears when she saw the snakes being fed rats but no took it all in her stride.

This place is worth a visit. It can be hot but lovely features and animal talks are great. You can hold the animals here. The gift shop is also very good.
