We had been chatting to another couple in a pub and they recommended this trip. Easy parking just across the road. Need sturdy shoes as it can get quite steep. You have 2 levels to view the falls. They are quite lovely with a picnic...More

The views of the waterfall are spectacular from both the upper and lower viewing platforms. To be able to stand and have the mist from the falls all around you is just something that has to be seen. Although the walk down can be slightly...More

Great short walk to the Falls they were stunning the day we went but as others have said at their best after rainfall. Wear walking boots. We walked on to Loch Ness and had a great view of the Loch well worth doing.

Lovely walks and amazing waterfalls. Views fabulous. Wear walking boots and waterproofs. Suitable for dogs but keep on a lead (unless you can guarantee they won't run off or you'll be watching them run the waterfalls) I wouldn't take very little kids as it's a...More

Great place to visit! Nice walk in the forest (up to 45min). Very quiet and relaxing place. Nice view of the falls!

A lot of steps down AND UP again! But worth the effort. Rewarded with tea and cake afterwards at the Waterfall Cafe. Stunning views. Wish I had had more energy to walk further, my knees couldn't take the strain.

These falls a fantastic, though make sure that there has been enough rainfall before going. It's a steep walk walk down so would advise wearing walking shoes and not trainers. We carried on and did the "energy walk" which was really enjoyable and you come...More

Foyers is a small village near Fort Augustus. During a recent stay, we saw a sign for the falls while exploring the area. The walk to the upper viewpoint is moderate grade with some stone steps. The falls themselves are quite impressive - greatest drop...More

Parking was pretty plentiful. We were there in September and there was ample parking. Can't recall charge which means it wasn't expensive! Yes it's a circular walk- there and back again. I'd allow at least an hour... More
