This was a lovely place to visit. The Art Gallery is well presented and full of light. The food and drink in the cafe is best quality and meticulously presented. Take your visitors, take your granny, but this would not be a place to take a restless toddler.

An attractive gallery in converted farm buildings between the main road to Ness and the sea. It has light and airy exhibition spaces with a mixture of paintings, photography and other items. We particularly enjoyed some of the photography, including looking at a stunning book relating Harris Tweed patterns to the landscapes of Harris. Excellent tea and cake too, so... More

Visited twice during our visit to the Isle of Lewis & Harris. Purchased a fabulous framed photo of Luskentyre Beach by David Wilson, local photographer. There is some lovely art to browse and highly recommend the coffee and delicious home made cakes. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I suppose most people go here for the art, but my Mum and I dropped in for tea and coffee, not really into art. Saying that I did see some very nice paintings. The tea and cakes were absolutely excellent. I had lemon drizzle and my Mum had chocolate cake and we both thought they were very very yummy. The... More

We always visit this gallery when we are in Lewis and have coffee and cake. Two of our favourite painting have been bought from here.

This is a lovely gallery. Expensive works of art, photographs and the usual goods to purchase, cards locally sourced gifts etc. It is a little off the beaten track and a very welcome coffee stop.always a lovely range of cakes, great service, spot on background music, a must if you are in this area.

This gallery was recommended as a place to visit and indeed it is worth the trip. There were modern paintings, interesting "bits and pieces" of maritime life, jewellery and gifts as well as a very nice coffee shop with home baking. Beware the flies outside when you get back in your vehicle!

Enjoyed our visit. Nothing that inspired us to buy but a good selection of local artists' work and well worth a visit.
