We stayed at Gairloch so that we could visit these gardens from Australia and were not disappointed. It is another beautiful example of gardens in the UK that make Aussies want to come here. Peaceful, majestic plantings and stunning views and settings. We loved it

We had a nice visit on a grey day. The gardens are lovely, the house is just ok. The views over the Loch are lovely and we spent a while looking at the bird and wildlife. We saw red squirrels. Cafe over priced.

These truly are amazing gardens. The variety and landscaping made this a very memorable visit. And to think it was established from scratch makes them even more remarkable. Beautifully maintained and a visual feast.

Wonderful walk, ideal setting, absolute gem of a place. Lovely soup after, with a cream cake, yummy! Highlight, a red squirrel, part two of the Scottish big five. Just a deer, sea otter and eagle to go!
