Our first trip on any holiday in this area always takes us to the Loch Lomond shores. Great way to get started, have a bit of food, walk around. Can be full on weekends, esp. if the weather is good. But always worth it...

Visited Loch Lomond Shores for a walk and look around the shops. Visited Jenners and the Thortons Cafe. Lovely scenic venue. Would recommend place for young families as they have a great wee play park and a train that goes around in the Summer months.

The drive along the loch is very beautiful, through the forest (trees etc.). Plenty of places to stop and enjoy the loch. Very nice views and the water is so lovely and clear. Nice place to have picnics or just relax.

Lomond Shores Cafe Zest. We had a morning coffee several mornings and a light lunch twice. Good value in the lunch and a variety of choice. We will be back

Great to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Cafe Zest....I must admit that I am partial to their amazing white chocolate and cranberry scones - baked fresh daily! Thanks for the taking time to leave a review.

We came across this attraction accidentally after visiting the Hill House and driving along the banks of Loch Lomond. It seemed a convenient place to stop for a cup of tea and the leaflet suggested that there were some good shops eg Jenners. Admittedly it...More

Hello there. We am really looking forward to staying at Lomond Woods over New Year & being able to take a wander to Loch Lomond Shores. I presume things will be closed on New Years Day but what about Hogmanay? Many thanks, Caroline

Hi we are coming for a holiday at the end of the month. We will have our little dog with us, which places are we allowed to take him, eg, boats, eating places etc. He is very small and can be carried. Thank you.
