Very pretty

A really pretty area, nothing spectacular but lovely to see and visit, try the pub on the bridge (falls of Dochart Inn) it's got a fab log fire and it's dog friendly too!

Lack of water at falls because of the long dry spell but still spectacular. Took lots of photos. The bridge and the mill are very photogenic. Killin is a lovely village

Now, I'm not what you'd call a connoisseur of waterfalls, really. We were told that they we spectacular, which they are, and that they were worth a visit, which they were. I don't think you could spend an hour there, but it was worth stopping, and taking the short walk from the car park nearby.

These Falls are stunning and can be in spate or more gentle depending on the amount of rainfall. This visit we were able to walk over the rocks but some were very slippery.

Stopped off at Killin in the early evening on Saturday specifically to see 'The Falls'. This part of Killin was busy with visitors either admiring the views or taking refreshments outside the Inn across the road. The Falls of Dochart is located on the main road running through the town where the bridge crosses the river. We were able to... More

On a nice day with appropriate footwear these falls (probably better described as rapids) offer an amazing combination of sight and sound. Just be careful climbing about as the rock gets VERY slippery when wet.

Kids had a lot of fun jumping up and down from stones to stones. The falls are beautiful- there is also a working mill on the side. This little place is worth a visit. We had our lunch sitting on the stones. Nice time.
