Visited their first weekend in May for lunch. Surprised that there was a cover charge in the middle of the day. Other than that the food was good, service was fine. This is a great introduction to Memphis blues.

We went for lunch so Beale Street was quiet. We had one of the speacial drinks "Lucille". The atmosphere was nice and the food was good and not very expensive.

Get there earlt..about 7 and no problem. Even later is not bad as there is a high turnover, especially at band breaks. The place is deceptively huge
