The Peabody is a historic and lovely place. A grand old hotel where celebrities, past and current stay. The lobby is absolutely lovely, with the highlight being the twice-daily duck march (not to be missed). Our room was pretty small and the bathroom was miniscule...More

A friend and I were in Memphis over a weekend and stayed at the Peabody hotel. While the hotel is an architectural jewel and a lovely property, it disappointed us on several counts. Though we had an email confirmation, they couldn't locate our reservation at...More

We arrived at the hotel which has valet parking if you chose or self parking which is very easy but make sure you unload your car at the entrance to the hotel first. There are bellhops available or you can handle your own luggage if...More

The Peabody has a rich Memphis history. A beautifully maintained building. The lobby/lounge area feels like a gorgeous throwback. The first time you are there, you have to witness the ducks exiting the fountain and making their march to the elevator. My basic queen room...More

From the moment we checked it, I felt like I was in a hotel from days gone by. The lobby was beautiful! We were greeted by the ducks in the pond - how cute they are, and listened as the 'Duckmaster' gave his daily shpeel...More

Fantastic staff with a memorable decor and presentation. We enjoyed how the Peabody incorporated their duck theme into the decor even in subtle ways that take some time to notice. As with many historic hotels, the rooms were smaller than we expected but adequate. The...More

The Peabody hotel is a must if you find yourself in Memphis. The ducks are a big attraction to witness them marching into or out of their home. The hotel itself is amazing and full of rich history.

We went to see the ducks at 5pm when they were leaving the fountain and going to their penthouse on the roof. A nice thing to see if you are in the area. The hotel makes a big thing of it for the tourists

This is a wonderful hotel with its old world charm. Lots of old pieces at this hotel like pianos, water fountains, old telephone booths, etc. We went there a few times to see the ducks march into the fountain and to have dessert. Their desserts...More

You have to go to Gibson's donuts in Memphis if you get a chance and get the bacon maple donut. It is almost life changing. There is always a line, but it moves quickly. Only one Gibson's, and it is worth visiting.
