Gibson Factory Tour is a low-key and interesting working factory tour. You are guided through the factory and get to see every aspect of manufacturing process. Our guide was totally knowledgeable and was clearly and employee of Gibson rather than an outsourced tour guide. This really was a nice tour - not some scam to get more money from "fans"... More

Our whole family are avid music fans of all genres. My son is a guitar fanatic. This tour really opened my eyes to the detail that goes into a Gibson guitar. This is truly a must see. It is only 1 hour but you get to see every step of the process. No cameras. Get there early. After 2-3 work... More

Excellent tour! We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the craftsmanship and quality that goes into these pieces of art. A plus is playing them at the end in the store.

This was a very interesting tour of one of the Gibson production factories. Seeing the step by step process of guitar making, from selecting the wood to testing the guitar before it ships, was awesome. Go before 2pm, as many of the factory employees are gone for the day by the 2pm tour.

Visited while in Memphis. A really informative tour given by a member of staff who usually works on the shop floor, so we were given a real insight into the operation. They produce fantastic Guitars here.

If you have any interest in guitars or instruments, you really need to do this tour. Our guide was terrific, and made it very informative. And it's the only Gibson factory that has public tours. Must see in Memphis.

My husband is an absolute guitar fanatic, and we were very happy to make the tour of the Gibson facility a stop on our honeymoon. Obviously he had an absolute ball, but I was also massively surprised as a non-musical person just how much I enjoyed this tour. It was incredibly informative and our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and... More

An incredible tour for anyone interested in watching how a guitar is born. We were lucky and booked our tour during their full production time so we were able to see everything! The tour lasted about 1.5 hours and ours was lead by a very knowledgeable Gibson Factory employee who actually works on the shop floor; he took the time... More
