Found information on trip advisor. Now £13 per person but couldn’t recommend enough. Brilliant scenic journey along the coast, without driving or worrying about parking. Quite quiet plenty or room on the trains, staff very pleasant and dogs allowed .

Done this line end to end in bits. Fantastic views of sea between Dover junction and portmadog. Can be very busy in summer. Lots of request stops add to entertainment. If you use it to go somewhere be aware two hour wait for return!
