Nice place to get something to eat and drink after a full day in the Loggerheads country park. It does get very busy in the summer. The staff are friendly and the food is ok. The children and dogs were made to feel welcome which was nice. Will visit again but maybe just for drinks next time.

Got a groupon for this evening meal. Seemed a great deal from Groupon and Loggerheads. The deal is for starters, main course and 2 small glasses of wine. The starters was extremely good for both of us. Thought this was going to be a really good meal deal. However, the main was poor in that my partners battered Fish was... More

There are plenty of well-marked paths to follow, of varying difficulty. If you can climb the steps you will be rewarded with wonderful views. But it is just as pleasant to stroll by the river, where children can paddle (under supervision of course!) It is worth walking on to the old mines. On your return the cafe serves excellent meals,... We went mid week to Loggerheads. The car park was quite full, but we eventually found a place to park. The paths are well sign posted and there is a lot to see and take in. It is very relaxing and you can walk at your own pace. There was no litter and there are bins along the routes. Next... More

We have been to Loggerheads many times during the past 30 years. Never disappointed by the relaxed atmosphere.

Plenty of car parking (chargeable) easily accessible from the A road. The park has a visitor centre and a cafe that uses local produce and even bake their own bread. The park isn't huge, it surrounds an old disused quarry (the working quarry is beyond the park). There is quite a climb up, beyond the meandering river, to the top... More

A lovely cafe situated within beautiful easy walks. Produce is sourced locally and prepared in the cafe by chefs. Food is fab. Try their homemade tomato saus...fab. Dogs welcome with bins for disposal of muck. Clearly must be well behaved and on a lead in the caffe area. Wonderful relaxing hour or two in a beautiful surrounding. They also gave... More

Loggerheads is a great country park with a variety of country walks. The park has a great café, shop and facilities. A wonderful centre for climbing the Clwydian hills.! Fantastic views!

loggerheads park is a super place, went on the last day of our mini break, we would have gone again had we been staying longer, small charge for parking, after our walk we had a picnic, very lucky with the weather, really enjoyed the time we spent there.
