Excellent setup. The presentation given was informative and interesting. The cheese and wine is a must. It is very well run and the qualify of the wine is a must.

Brilliant to visit this winery in Wales. Very interesting to learn how the wine is made and everything about how they make it organic and biodynamic. Afterwards we had a wine tasting of the lush wines and sparking wines.
