Considering this is a free activity (donations welcome) it's well worth a visit. If you like military history and appreciate it connected to a place then you will enjoy reading the information and seeing the displays.

Even though the castle is little ruin its a big part of the history of the town so just use your imagination. The museum is awesome and brings the last 300 years of military history to life.

There is only a small ruin left and it was a bit disappointing to see. There is a military museum on the grounds but it was close when we visited. From the outside it looks like this would be a great place to visit
