Tin Shed Experience is a second hand tin sheeted museum housing a collection of items from 1914-45 and wartime items including some film memorabilia and props. We have an Anderson Shelter and a 1930's work-mans cottage. Over the years we have developed links with historical film and television productions such as 'Band of Brothers' and 'Saving Private Ryan'. We are also a quirky semi outdoor / undercover area for events. We are currently closed. Museum based on the Laugharne community and WWII + other bits. Amongst the usual uniforms and civilian artefacts is an Anderson shelter. The reception was great and entertaining. Well worth an hour or more browsing and chatting in this unsophisticated shed.

Humble and unassuming, this is an attraction you could easily drive by or trundle past in anticipation of a Dylan soaked Laugharne. (Not to bismirch Dylan - we are very big fans!!!) but to miss the Tin Shed Experience would be missing out on a...More

Visited the Tin Shed Experience recently. Initially, I really didn't know what to expect. We had a fantastic time. Really interesting and wonderful interaction with the curators Seimon and Nin meant that we were there for some time and left with lots of facts and...More

Didn't know what to expect, but got so much more for my money. £3 each, an hour looking round an old tin shed full of 1930/40 artefacts and was allowed to touch and feel whatever I liked. One shed held a replica 1930 house, another...More

Always give the shed a call before visiting. They could be closed due to filming, group bookings or be hosting and event.
