We booked my father-in-law on his second raptor experience with Barry and Luce. These guys know their stuff, they are incredible knowledgeable and very interesting. Both have huge experience in the animal world and are perfectly happy to their stories from their careers. It was a cold day when we arrived, but the sun was out and it seemed like... More

I've always loved seeing the Red Kite's whenever I came to Wales so to see one up close and to feed it was out of this world. Luce and Barry have so much knowledge and they made me feel so comfortable. Needless to say I left part of my heart with Iscar the Red Kite and now love them even... More

After two visits had to be cancelled due to the weather we arrived on a perfect day. The wind was light and the sun was shining . We were met by Barry who briefed us on what to expect, followed by Luce who gave a most interesting and informative talk about the birds that we were soon to meet. There... More

We had a wonderful time with Barry & Luce, they are extremely knowledgeable and take great care to explain everything they do with and for their beloved Birds, we got to fly the Owls and the Harris Hawk, and got to hold the Bald Eagle and Buzzard. They also have a new addition to their ever growing family, a film... More

We spent 3 hours in the company of two very friendly, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable people and a collection of the most fantastic birds of prey imaginable, including several types of Owls, Hawks and Eagles to mention just a few, including the Golden Eagle, which stared in the film Brothers of the Wind. We were privalaged enough to handle, fly... More

This was third time lucky, as the weather has to be reasonably good for the birds, especially the strength and direction of the wind. We were made very welcome, and really enjoyed the whole experience. The birds were incredibly beautiful, and looked really healthy and well cared for. The welfare of the birds is of paramount importance to Barry and... More

The knowledge that the Lucy and Barry has is just mind blowing and their expertise of each bird and their history was just second to... More

A first class experience in every way. The birds we met and handled were superb specimens whose welfare was paramount to Barry and Lucy I am delighted to say. We were made so welcome and the time just flew by-could repeat the whole experience again tomorrow very happily! Nothing was rushed and every member of our party ( 6 of... More
