This isn't an elaborate, modern aquarium, but it is a nice place to take very little ones because the size is much more manageable than the main aquarium in Sydney. The stairs can be a problem however. There are no elevators. We are sorry to...More

The sanctuary is located along the waterfront. The day we went, it was rainy and cool. There is plenty of street parking. There are 3 floors - the main floor, a lower floor that contains the walk through shark exhibit, and an upper floor that...More

Took my grand daughters to visit, interesting but expensive $75 for a family of 4,They enjoyed seeing the divers feed the fish. The lady explaining the penguins was hard to understand.

I have been to many sea worlds and sea sanctuaries around the world but this was the poorest experience ever. Not worth the money or the time to get from Sydney to manly island. Besides the entrance tickets being expensive, this was a poor experience....More

We visited the Manly Sea Life Sanctuary, and it was a bit of a let down when compared to the aquarium at Darling Harbour. The only positives were that they had more sharks, the stingrays were bigger and they had a good interactive display of...More

A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take
you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches
here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the
day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is
a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the
Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are
plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent
cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants
