It might be the most expensive place to do skiing in the world here. The lift pass and equipment hire are expensive. Better hire in the village down hill before going up to Falls Creek.

everyone was helpful as it was our first time on a lift and it was nerve wracking it was the end of season so I was surprised everyone was still happy and up beat

With 10 of 14 lifts still operational late in the season, we were assured of a good week. Some of the lifts are getting old now and probably could do with a bit of an upgrade but they get you to where you need to go without too much hassle.

We went for a weekends to falls creek. We purchased a 2 day lift pass although had an injury on the first day. When approached the desk to see if we could get a refund for the 2nd day they refused. They said you need a med cert for a "ski credit". Everything is overpriced, if you want to ski,... More

The chairs are run by helpful and enthusiastic staff, maintained to rum smoothly in getting snow sports people up the mountain quickly.

I am a Perisher guy through and through, since our visit to Falls last year we decided to return this year. It just gets better this place with the friendliest mountain staff I have ever encountered. - Good Job Falls Mountain Staff :)

There are a good no of Chair lifts around: Falls Express, Gully & Eagle Chairs plus Mouse Trap, Monkey Bar and Boardwalk surface lifts. The chair lift that leads to The Bowl is free and all others require Pass. The people manning the chairs were friendly and helped us out when we were stuck while getting down the lift with... More

i skied falls creek for 8 days and with out fail the at top and bottom of the every lift i was greeted cheerfully. thanks

The lift operators are always friendly, engage with skiers/boarders and very helpful with kids which is a godsend when trying to get on and off lifts.
