Personally we found this place to be overpriced and not worth the trouble. I found the centre makes its money from bus loads of overseas visitors. The chocolate maybe Belgian but seriously you can purchase Belgian chocolate at the supermarket now a days and much much cheaper than this place. There is a cafe and it serves curries ? probably... For kids of all ages. $17.00 was okay, but if you get hold of one of the tourist books, available from our Caravan Park there was a 20% discount voucher. Your ticket is a bar of chocolate which is a fun way to start. You learn all about the process of growing the beans and making chocolate. There are some... More

This place is confusing and over-priced. It's supposed to be a chocolate place but they serve curries for lunch as well?! It was over-priced, smelly, had a poor range of products/packaging and unappealing. They should stick to one idea- chocolates & desserts or a curry buffet. Won't be going back.

My Husband and I visited recently and enjoyed the experience although it was a little pricey in our opinion. Your tickets for the experience are actual chocolate, you learn about the process of making the chocolate, see some pretty amazing chocolate art and there are games with potential prizes to be won. TIP: have some cash on you - the... More

We tried to get to the factory on Easter Sunday, car parking was impossible with cars banked up on the roadside just trying to get in. We finally got in along with 3 full tourist buses and it was pure chaos inside with very overcrowded floor space. The tour was $17.00 and I was told it wasn't worth it. Will... More

We thought we would have creative and exciting choices of chocolate-based foods and drinks. But really the drinks were nice and the scone ok. Nothing to rave about. The products for sale are too expensive to bother with.

Kids will love it as they like anything to do with chocolate. My little one had good time. Coffee is good and hot chocolate is too sweet. Do not visit this place on busy days. We visited over Easter weekend and was full of bus loads of tourists. To sum up our experience: Long waiting queue, inadequate staff and poorly... More

Stopped at phillip island chocolate factory on the day trip to phillip island. Biggest mistake ever. First they take 17$to show you the chocolate making process. Thought we would have a chocolate shake n coffee before we take the tour. It was the worst chocolate shake I've ever had. My kids disliked the coffee too. Didn't waste time visiting the... More

Expensive, crowded, bus loads of tourists, hard to find samples - pay for a tour of goodness knows what. Send a staff person to Margaret River to see how it is done. Not recommended

Stopped in to browse the chocolate, what a big mistake. Over priced limited range and the place stunk like a cheap curry house. Had a hot chocolate which was very average.
