We want everyone who visits to have a moment out of the ordinary. This philosophy extends to everything we do. A warm welcome. Finely crafted wine. Food that feeds the senses and the soul. Our chef's hat rated restaurant. A beautiful and bountiful property growing grapes, olives, fresh produce. A diverse and engaging setting for sculpture. We hope you love our little piece of paradise as much as we do.

Beautiful setting, fabulous staff. Food was well presented but just not enough. The wines were very nice and staff could advise on the best for the courses chosen. Too many other places around for us to return.

We had lunch at Montalto with our two tennage boys. Lovely setting, service ok. Agreed to the $70 a head for 2 courses and $45 for kids no problem, always happy to pay when food is good. Wine was nice but husband and kids had...More

We popped in here while winery exploring in red hill. The wines were lovely and we enjoyed the tasting. The food options at the cafe were a bit limited. We got the cured meat board and the cheese dessert board with a side of lamb...More

Very nice lunch and wine tasting. Wine tasting staff a little disinterested (public holiday can't blame them), restaurant staff friendly and very attentive, but tried to charge us $80 for one cider on the bill, despite 3 other ciders coming up at $9. Not sure...More

Oh to be waited on and that was a given. Sensational service that was accompanied with fine food and wine. Mixed choices across the table and it was all satisfaction. Highly recommend the pork jowl and the duck for main. Thank you to the Montalto...More

I was expecting a really top class meal/fine dining at this restaurant and the dishes I had were a great disappointment. The pork jowl was basically all fat with little lean meat and the steak looked and tasted as if it had been cooked "sous...More

What a stunning spot on a sunny day. We were touring around the Red Hill wine region for the day and dropped in for a tasting. Last time we visited they were undergoing extensive renovations. What a gorgeous addition they have achieved!! The wines speak...More

Such a stunning venue. I have been here multiple times and each time it gets better and better. There is a great outdoor seating area with big tables and umbrellas. They supply blankets also when it's about chilly! The undercover area is very comfortable &...More

There are steps from the car park but I'm sure there may be other entry ways. It's fine once inside.
