Alister was a pleasure to deal with and the communication prior to our tour was exceptional. I'd planned a private wine tour for my wifes birthday.. it was a lovely day and their local knowledge/connections really helped to make the whole day memorable. One winery cellar door that really stood out for us was andrew buller - cannobi again a... More

Friends took me on a day tour of some of the nineteen wineries in the Rutherglen area. They selected four sites to allow for leisurely visits namely All Saints Estate, Cambell's Wines, Morris Wines and Stanton and Kileen Wines. Our nominated driver did not sample the wares so we were at liberty to test a reasonable number of products at... More

Do yourself a favour and visit Rutherglen. The wines are to die for. Highly recommend Morris Wines, All Saints & all the others. Look for Tokay, Muscat, Port & even Reds & Whites.

I was so excited to find Rutherglen cellar door in Rutherglen, I knew I liked their wines but I'm now an huge fan of their Durif. You have to try it! If you like a deep rich red this is for you, when they say distinctive blackberry, blueberry, chocolate notes your not left guessing what that means YUM!

The second weekend of the Taste of Rutherglen was so relaxing, not as busy as the first weekend. For me it was a great chance to share the magic of the wineries with family from overseas. I liked that atmosphere promoted relaxation, the staff both on the buses and at the winery were knowledgable about the area and the product... More

Nancy was friendly and right on time. She gave us advice about the winerys, had a chat and also ensured we had a safe and easy trip. We chose all our own winerys but she was very knowledgable about all of them. Most impressively, she missed out on making the sandwiches for the Lawn Bowls Club which she no doubt... More

Kids generally don't like traipsing around wineries, this provided a difference. Visited 5 wineries in 2 1/4 hours. Alister was a great host and at times pointed out activities for the kids. We all enjoyed the adventure!

Their topaque and pinot were simply marvelous. Other wineries are a bit too commercial, Pfeiffer's simple but they score highly.

The website said they required 4 people to do the tour but when we phoned and we were the only ones booked they still went ahead which we were very happy about. Hans picked us up at 1.30 pm. We went to the wineries that we wanted to go to as well as the Chocolate factory in Corowa. All Saints... More
