A great destination for a day trip, quiet stunning during the summer months. Beautifully designed, allowing visitors to walk through and over the Lotus Gardens. The Cafe and shop provide well priced food and items for sale.

This would be a lovely garden to visit in January & February. It was a bit too late in April but still managed to see a few colourful lilies. I felt it was a bit tired looking & thought maybe a Japanese garden area would...More

November to April is the flowering time for the lotus. After being told by several people how beautiful the gardens are, a friend and I made the drive out and were so glad we did. Even on a week day the gardens were very busy...More

Nice place to go with family, good photography opportunities. Be sure to take your picnic basket with you, there are some nice spots. Melbourne has many beautiful gardens, however this is with a difference, defiantly worth a visit.
