Perfect weather and view of the river and the city...8/31/23
We had a great breeze on a warm afternoon crossing the pedestrian bridge near Nissan Stadium that spans the Cumberland River on what once was an automobile bridge. We watched the boats below and a family living an experience of a marriage proposal on the bridge. Nobody jumped so I guess it went well. We would be passing underneath this bridge on our General Jackson Showboat ride for lunch tomorrow.

Spend the few minutes to walk out for the views.
First off, I love a good pedestrian bridge in any city, so I am definitely biased. It’s near Broadway but you walk out and get great views of the downtown skyline and the Nissan stadium where the Titans play. It is quiet and you just get to experience Nashville in a different way. And it’s free.

    Great Photo Opp
This is a great spot to take a few photos of the beautiful downtown. It's pretty close to the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Walk of Fame, so this is a worth a quick visit! Definitely go to the spots that jut out a little bit for the best photo.

    Great view!
Worth it for the views! Skyline on one side, Nissan Stadium on the other. Also they don’t use this name. It’s just a pedestrian bridge. Nashville entrance side not well signed nor touristy. More of a parking garage construction zone feel. But that said it was fine to go up during the day. Didn’t walk all the way across, so can’t speak to the other side. Easy walk from the main downtown Broadway area.

Nice view & nice place for a walk in the daytime, good view of Nissan Stadium. Not too far from Broadway… just plan ahead on where to park

If you are downtown and want to do something different, thewalking bridge is fun and has great views of the city. Nice photo shoot area and not too crowded. And it’s free!

This bridge is a pedestrian bridge overlooking the city. I loved walking over the bridge to look at the city lights. I highly recommend a visit.

It is a bridge, nothing fancy, nothing crazy and in fact if you are from a city that has a bridge, you've seen it all.

This bridge had steep inclines and declines, but there were no stairs. I loved the views of Broadway, Downtown, and Eastern Nashville. The bridge was free and it could easily be taken from Broadway.
