The building itself is beautiful (it's an old church), and it has quite a story to tell! The film is definitely a highlight, and there's also an opportunity to have a photo taken at the main stage. Plus there are tons of photos and memorabilia. So glad they've preserved this piece of American history!

Little Big Town has a number of shows scheduled at The Ryman during 2017. We attended their first show in February and it was well worth it. We prefer seats on the upper floor, but in reality, there are no bad seats at The Ryman The Ryman is an experience that should not be missed and Little Big Town just... More

I've never had the pleasure to see a show there, but the tour has been enhanced over the last 5 years. Beautiful building with great history, and lots of great videos to learn more.

The Mother Church of Country Music is a must stop for any genre of music lover or history buff. The intro video really sets the stage for a great experience. Take time to walk though the vestibule and take in the historic photos.

We took the self tour and really enjoyed it. So much history in this building - so glad it was restored. I was happy to find an AAA discount available. Best value was the picture on stage, don't miss it.

Went there a few times when it was still the one and only Grande Old Opry. The acoustics are fabulous but you will do better with seating if you go up - the floor can be a crap-shoot if you're not careful. There are several large columns an that can be a death-knell to your view. I've seen several tapings... More

Country music fans this is a must. There are discounts for military and package deals. Theatre has been refurbished very nicely. Missed the pop up concert by Little Big Town as it sold out quickly as seating is limited. Once seeing the theatre I believe the balcony is best seating.

Loved it!! We were so amazed at the history of the Ryman Auditorium. We took the backstage tour and spent time in the dressing rooms, balcony and back stage. Not expensive at all and extremely organized. Don't miss the 11 minute video they show at the beginning.
