    Wander the Outside
Came here just to see it hoping that it's halls were open to the public. They are, but for a price and scheduled visit. Therefore I only viewed it from the outside and walked around it's gift shop. It worth a stop just to check it off a bucket list of things to see. The outside has various signs with country artists on it, and there are two grand size guitar statues great for pics. Other then that not too much else. The gift shop was not even that great. There souvenirs were all a bit too cheesy for me with loud plastered Grand Ole Opry logo designs. But toward the back of the shop are three dresses on display that some country ladies have worn in their music videos, and there are glass doors that you can look through into the lobby of the Opry -The only partial view you can get unless you pay for entry.

    Reportin for Duty
My wife and I saw Reportin for Duty (A Tribute to Leslie Jordan) here at the Opry House. This was an absolutely amazing experience. The lighting and sound quality are second to none (and I have been to a lot of shows at a lot of venues). Also, you feel the appreciation the performers have for the Grand Ole Opry and it shows in there performances. If you have any opportunity to see a show here then you will not be disappointed.

Be a part of history with a tour!
Nostalgic tour which makes you feel like part of history. My son proposed to his girlfriend on stage during the tour, and they treated them like royalty! The tour guide had a lot of energy. We got to see inside all the dressing rooms, what happens behind the scenes, and get our picture taken on the historic wooden floor circle on stage. It was fun and memorable!

    The most amazing night!
A trip to the Opry is a must in Nashville. It's such an iconic place and so much fun to see the different talent. Saturday night there was a surprise guest, and it absolutely blew us away. The show had been amazing up to that point, but adding a surprise to the end was so "Nashville" and made our whole trip. Every seat is good. The concessions, drinks, and gift shop all add to the experience. We loved every minute!

    It was very interesting
The tour guide was upbeat and knowledgeable. The virtual tour in the beginning gave me goosebumps. Seeing and learning where the stars stay and enter and exit. We got too see a star getting ready for his show that evening.

A Night at the Grand Ole Opry
We attended a show at the Grand Ole Opry on St Patricks Day. We had a fun surprise when we got there as there was an Irish Music Festival happening outside with a stage, live music, and exhibits around the grounds. We went in eventually and enjoyed the show. The Nashville Irish Dancing School put on a great performance to kick the night off. We especially enjoyed Eileen Ivers. She brought such energy and fun to her performance. If you pay for a closer seat, stay away from the far right and left of the stage. You will likely get a lovely view of the video cameramen as they move in for shots of the performers. That is great, but who wants to see the back side of the camera people. The seats are tight together, but everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. They do serve food and drink in the lobby during the show

    Walk in a legend's shoes!
We loved the backstage tour! We got to walk in the steps of famous country legends. The show that night was full of debuts and 100th show from Meghan Patrick and Carly Pearce. One of the best experiences weil had.

Great evening - the show did not disappoint!
We have been to the Opry one other time and this one was even better than the fist time! We were lucky to see someone perform for their first time as well as see a song writer and a few other singers perform and the best was the Oak Ridge Boys! The Opry did not disappoint! It was a great evening with a sold out crowd! Make sure to purchase your parking ticket online when you order tickets to save time.

Nice But Not The Character Of Ryman
The Grand Ole Opry moved 10 miles northeast of Nashville from the smaller (2,362) Ryman to this 4,400 seat venue as the 6th Opry location in 1974. It is wedged in between the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center, the Opry Mills Mall, and the edge of a major highway and though nice just doesn't have the historic character or location of the Ryman. The interior is nice and modern, there is plenty of parking, and grounds around it are attractive. Tours are a little pricy, and it's a shame they have to charge $39 for the tour.

    A visit to the Opry
We toured back stage. Began with a great video of welcome...it really wowed me! Haley was our guide and had a great personality for this work! She guided us around the dressing rooms and shared tidbits of interest at each stop. Pictures of the stars who have played the Opry for generations line the walls. It's a beautiful venue. Sorry we didn't get to see a show, but they don't have any shows on Sunday when we visited

Amazing theater and performances! Outstanding musicianship. We also walked next door to the Gaylord afterwards. All beautifully decorated for the holidays.

The tour was informative but short. Not really what I expected. As always a money pit by taking pictures.

We attended the Christmas Special here and is was very nice and a great way to get into the spirit of the season. The venue was comfortable with good views throughout. The venue was also very clean. Limited food and drink options so take note. There is also a decent sized gift shop.

I was really disappointed in my seating assignment - I paid more to have Tier 2 seating (middle of the main floor or first few rows on mezz) but we were seated on the side of main floor in section 7.

The show itself was great and the tour was really informative! Jeanna was great!

The Opry House is not our favorite venue. Parking is difficult and as luck would have it, it was pouring rain when we came out. It was a long walk to the parking lot. We were glad we made some notes about where the car was. Make sure you know where you park or you'll be there all night.

Jackson Browne is my favorite. I've seen him 25 times in many different states. I just had to go, no matter the venue. Sound was good and seats comfortable. It's just this place is so big you can easily get lost. If you read the reviews about the Gaylord hotel there you will get an idea what I mean. Before we moved here we went dinner at one of their restaurants before the Grand Ole Opry show and almost didn't make it. We were lost in the humungous hotel trying to find the Opry House. All that said, just make sure to allow enough time to park and if you are eating there allow lots of extra time.

Went to the Grand Ole Opry and saw some great acts including Garth Brooks. While it was disappointing that the seats were just padded benches, the view of the stage was good as well a providing screens to see closer.

To say we've been to heart of country music is something we will will treasure for ever. Quite expensive, but to be in a packed theatre listening to live music with thousands of others is memorable in itself. Its is also remarkable how quickly we dispersed after the show was over.

Great tour. We saw much more than I expected to see. We were able to see the many themed dressing rooms and learned which performers use which dressing rooms. We went on stage and had our picture taken while standing in the historic circle.
We learned the history of the storied Grand Ole Opry. I am not a big country music fan, but I truly enjoyed this tour.

We went here last Monday night for the Friendsgiving concert. It featured Chris Janson, Anne Wilson, Riley Green and Jelly Roll. It was an amazing concert and venue. Parking was a short walk up foot bridge to get to Opry. While waiting outside, security was supposed to let us in starting at 630. It starting pouring and they didn't let us in until 645. Would have liked to taken the tour to see behind the scenes. Jelly Roll and Chris Janson were very good. Riley Green acted like he didn't want to be there.
