We loved how you can just walk to everyplace you want downtown. Cool bar after restaurant after shop. Everything together and well done. We always stay downtown, even though it is a bit more expensive. We feel like it is worth it, to not need...More

The downtown strip was full of people and had tons of traffic, but what an experience. From people powered tour buses to the walking traffic, you could see it all and experience the fun of a hot summer day in the Music Capital.

Both nights we drove in we had a great time. I ended up buying a caramel apple at Savannah's, bought a pair of boots at Boot Barn, and enjoyed the dueling piano bar. We look forward to doing this again soon!

New Orleans is great tourist fun. Go over to Mississippi, stop in Biloxi at the Lighthouse. Go to Wentzell's in Mobile, Al for Oysters (Bienville and Grilled or a Seafood Omelete). Make the drive from Mobile to Nashville... More
