The town is clean and the music is outstanding. The people are very friendly and cars don't even attempt to run over pedestrians.

Lots of things to see and do. We were able to find parking on the street. Walked downtown to lots of stores and fun things to see. The weather was perfect, lots of street entertainment, bars, and shopping!

If you have ANY interest in ANY genre of music, downtown Nashville is a MUST!! You can hear the music in the streets, sitting in a restaurant/bar, open to the sidewalk. People watching is prime!!! We had an amazing time.

After coming from Beale Street in Memphis, downtown Nashville was disappointing. Lots of shady looking people and dirty. I guess I was just not 'feeling it.' If you just want to drink and party, it's the place for you. Although there was plenty of that...More

Downtown area is congested, a lot of new construction so difficult to navigate off of Broadway area unless you use one of the many tour guide golf carts or services. Many old honky tonk style bars with a different country act in each was pretty...More

We love country music and were on a tight budget so decided to try Nashville. It's not as large as some other metropolitan areas and we stayed in a AirBnB in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere! For further rides we...More

Try to go to the Grand Old Opry and walk around Opryland Hotel. Spend time on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Especially if you like country music and cold beer. There are more Honky Tonks than you can possibly visit... More

if you have not already been, i'd suggest walking Broadway. Lots of stores, restaurants (with music) and bars. Good mixture of the 3. Also, there is a shopping district near the Station Inn that was nice.
