Interesting history of a small company meeting the challenges of changing times. Antique printing presses still in use to create posters of various types. You could see employees working on various projects. The tour included a chance to make your own print with a small press. Marin & Bob did a great job making it interesting! Well worth the $15.00... The hatch show print is still a printer today. They use old world techniques to print posters as they always have. Amazing to check out and pick up one of their new or vintage posters at a steal of a price. Great for a gift or souvenir. Can't recommend this place higher!

as a printer by trade, visiting Hatch Show Print was high on my list while I was in Nashville. I was surprised to discover that it was attached to the Omni Hotel when I was staying. I didn't have time for the full tour but will definitely be back for that. Watching the printers at work was great and the... More

My husband and I found this wonderful place on a recent trip to Nashville. There is a gallery of some of their more spendy pieces, but the main store (inside the Country Music Hall of Fame) is where the main print shop and retail space is located. O.M.G. This is an authentic print shop - you can watch the printers... More

You MUST do the tour ($15 for adults, and yes, I too think it's a teeeenssssy bit steep, but it's worth it since it's going towards preservation etc) if you are a Design/History/Art Geek. And you should ALSO do it if you're not a geek, because it was super enjoyable regardless. They crammed a lot of digestible information in this... More

Really enjoyed this tour! You do not need to go on the tour to enjoy the shop and gallery, but I would recommend the tour! AND... you don't have to be an art, marketing or music buff to enjoy it. 1 hour long, learned the history of Hatch Show Print and some fun Music City stories and history. Fun to... More

Hatch Show has been there for all of Nashville's "Music City" moments, + so many other fun times to remember. The history of Hatch Show is delightful, with genuine craftsmanship at its core, through moving storefronts, new master-printers, and a lot of great events to advertise. The tour is well organized and informative, even with an interactive exercise (and a... More

This was one of the places I've been wanting to visit. So glad to share this with my children. We talked about art, graphics, music, & history in during our quick stop. Can't wait to frame & hang our new poster.

Instant credibility with all your coolest designer friends. You know the ones? Funnier than you, but they'd never admit it... better dressed, and well aware of it... this is the place they'd go in Nashville, and for good reason: It's the real deal. As much a museum of design and printing as a shop or attraction, and nicely variable in... More

Skip the cheesy tshirts and come home with a piece of Nashville art history... Even if the posters aren't "original", they are unique to Nashville. The new store and tours across from the gallery are far more elegant than the old storefront in the district, but still worth seeing!!
